As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.
Your Purpose
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Brand Manager (Madrí Excepcional) to become part of our team, situated in London/Hybrid.
Your primary responsibility will be crafting and implementing the brand's Long Range Plan (LRP) over a span of 3-5 years, encompassing the entire marketing spectrum in alignment with the brand's strategy. This entails devising strategies, plans, and activations for consumer marketing endeavours, innovations, brand-in-channel strategies, and through-the-line marketing plans tailored specifically by formats and channels to facilitate 'toolkit' execution with our customers and consumers.
As the custodian of the brand, you will steer the development of annual and 3-5 year Brand Commercial Plans. These plans will cover aspects such as Consumer & Shopper propositions, target Occasions/Missions, target Channel/Outlet, consumer/shopper metrics, volume and profit assumptions, innovation plans, and investment strategies.
You will oversee consumer marketing activities from inception to implementation, manage the formulation of brand-in-channel strategies, and execute robust through-the-line marketing plans customized by formats and channels to enable seamless 'toolkit' execution with our customers.
Taking full ownership of the annual brand budget across all levels of the P&L, you will collaborate across departments to comprehend and contribute to all facets, delivering timely and precise monthly forecasts while highlighting associated risks and opportunities.
Your exceptional technical marketing prowess will ensure a unified visual identity grounded in the Brand Profile across all Touch Points.
