We are currently on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join our valued collections team

The ideal candidate will have clear demonstrable experience within Credit Control. Knowledge of the recruitment sector would be an advantage but not essential to be considered for the role.

Principal Duties

• Managing ledger to the value of £3-4 Millon
• Full ledger coverage of 100+ Clients
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with client,have challenging conversations and confidence to push for a resolution.
• issuing reminders and follow up for payments, chasing overdue invoices via the telephone and email
• chase clients to ensure that payment is made to contractual terms and to meet collection targets set by Credit Control Manager.
• Maintenance of all customer information and chasing history on all credit control system.
• Monitor outstanding balance against set credit limit and escalate to credit control Manager when limit exceeded.

Profile

To be considered for this position based in our Central London office the following criteria is desirable.

• 2+ years Credit Controller experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage an accounts receivable / credit control function by themselves
• 1 month notice or less (ideal)
