THE COMPANY
This UK-based brand has recently built a digital transformation area that operates as an internal consultant to the wider business. You will work in tandem with the product managers to build data products to support wider business objectives. They are based in Coventry and have flexible working to WFH 3x a week.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Analyst, you will work cross-functionally as well as with wider business stakeholders.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the wider business with solutions to data problems.
- You will build dashboards and reports and present these to wider stakeholders and talk through insights to support business decisions.
- Use of SQL and Tableau to work on projects.
- Communicate to senior stakeholders around the business, building those relationships and being a solid member of the digital transformation team.
- Line manage and mentor junior people.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Senior Analyst will have:
- Experience in a consultancy environment would be highly advantageous but not required.
- Experience working in SQL and data visualisation is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Educated to a master's level or above in a STEM subject.
