SENIOR PARKING ASSISTANT
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy admin team in a senior position.
The role provides a comprehensive admin service for parking enforcement on Housing Estates. Parking Assistants are based at the Woolwich Centre and will be able to work from home part of the week after training. The role also involves cover for parking in CPZ areas.
The role is varied and, along with standard admin duties, includes deputising for the manager, assisting with parking consultations, liaising with members of the public, recording, receiving and recovering income, preparing responses to casework, complaints and enquiries, and much, much more!
You will need to be 100% accurate in your work and be committed to providing the highest standard of customer care, as well as being able to support colleagues in what can be a pressured environment with changing priorities. A background in parking is desired.
This is a scale SO1 post and there is 1 part time permanent post available.
