As the Senior Receptionist / HR Administrator, your primary duties will include welcoming visitors, managing incoming communications, coordinating meeting room reservations and schedules, overseeing travel arrangements, planning company events, procuring office supplies, and handling various HR tasks such as onboarding and recruitment.
This full-time, permanent role as a Senior Receptionist / HR Administrator requires a five-day work week at our new office in London City.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years of experience in a Senior Receptionist / Administrator / Customer Service role, within the Financial Services Industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise daily workloads, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
