We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a crucial role responsible for developing and delivering training programs that will enable the revenue team to exceed targets. The Revenue Enablement Manager will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth and enhance sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to equip Datamaran's revenue generating teams with the skills they need to enhance their performance
- Curate and maintain an extensive library of sales enablement resources. This includes creating and updating playbooks, scripts, and diverse training materials to support various learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations team to develop and implement revenue generating strategies, improve processes and ensure strategic alignment
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and new trends in Revenue Enablement to continuously improve training methodologies
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a closely related field
- Proven expertise in sales enablement tools and platforms
- A solid understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change and ambiguity
