Job Title: Senior Rewards Specialist
Initial 6 Month Contract + performance-based extension
Pay Rate: Up to 43/hour, Inside of IR35, 37h/week.
Fully Remote Role (UK Based)
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a global contract research organisation (CRO), the candidate will administer & monitor total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, recognition, perquisites) for assigned regions, sub-regions, or countries.
The successful candidate will lead OR assist in the design and implementation of programs. They will build strong relationships to provide consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers in assigned client group on compensation or benefit matters. Incumbents may be responsible for compensation, benefits, or both.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Analyses labor and market data to assess competitive position of compensation or benefits programs and develops recommended actions based on findings.
· Develops advanced financial models, performs detailed statistical analysis, and prepares reports and presentations.
· Provides consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers on compensation or benefit matters.
· Researches and analyses new or revised regulations and legislation; provides assessment of impact and develops recommended actions.
· Provides support for merger and acquisition related program integrations and transitions.
