Service Advisor/Receptionist
Full time - Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
At Leslies Motors we have a fantastic opportunity at our Leslies Toyota site in Blackwater for a Service Advisor/Receptionist.

Role description
- Provide customers with estimates and invoices for service repairs.
- Maintain customer data is handled correctly.
- Ensure presence at the service reception desk for customer queries to be answered in person or by telephone.
- Carry out follow up contact on various platforms.
- Engage with all customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Works with colleagues and other teams across the group to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.
Experience and Qualifications
Good level of general education (Maths and English GSCE or equivalent)
IT skills (MS word & Excel)
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry or reception environment would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
Essential criteria
You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
Flexible to work hours required for the role and training requirements.
