We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response!

Overall Engineer scheduling
Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
Engineer Planner Management
Engineer Timesheet Processing
Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
Parts Ordering
Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
Obtaining Customer Pos, Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
Maintaining Customer KPIs
Customer Invoicing, Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
WIP Management
Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix
EHS Management
FGAS Legislation Compliance
