Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Macclesfield. With over 50 years of providing exceptional services to businesses in the region, our client is renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence.
As the Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating service requests, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritise service requests, accurately documenting all relevant information
- Arrange appointments with customers and answer any queries they may have
- Coordinate engineers schedules, assigning tasks and ensuring prompt response times
- Providing updates on service progress
- Logging new jobs on the system
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery
- Continuously improve service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar service coordination or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- A positive attitude, with a customer-focused mindset
