We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first line support for technical issues
- Developing and maintaining the IT systems
- Microsoft and Mac OS system administration
- Set up new starters on IT systems
- Escalate tickets to other teams as required
- Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role (1-2 years)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and M365
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively remotely or in office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
