Due to an internal promotion we are looking for our next Service Desk Analyst superstar. This is a full filling role, where no two days are the samewhilst offering huge career development in a highly successful business who are a leader in their field.
This opportunity will see you providing internal support to users on a variety of technical issues relating to hardware, software and peripherals ensuring all logged tickets are fully managed through to resolution in a timely manner.

Technical Knowledge would help in the following areas:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Active Directory
- Hardware & software
- Upgrades
- Document Control
