What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and lead the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Provide valuable support and direction, to our team of technicians, parts and service advisors
- Assist in the delivery of full aftersales service to our customers
- Maximise sales, and profitability for the department
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Service Advisor / Service Manager
- A clear understanding of the role expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding communication both in person and on the telephone
- Dedication and commitment to supporting team members
- A full manual driving licence
- PC literate including MS Office
