Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their highly talented team, for a stunning Food Led Pub in Central Farnham
The Client

The Sous Chef role would offer a good quality of life, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food, to build the strength of reputation the business whilst assisting in leading a talented team.. 
Requirements
An ideal candidate for this Sous Chef Position would be:
 City & Guilds / NVQ qualification or qualified by experience
· The ability to take the lead as required and have the experience to ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly
· Have a passion for great food and a customer focussed mindset
· Be honest, dedicated, and hardworkingapproach
· Have Enthusiasm take real pride in achieving exceptional results
· Be adaptable and have a great sense of humour!
Previous Proven experience in a relavent Sous Chef role
 Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
 
Hours 
 Based in 48hrs a week 5/7 day basis
