Spanish Speaking Nanny

Fabulous new opportunity for a Spanish speaker to join a lovely family who Eden has previously worked with!

A lovely family Eden have previously worked with is looking Spanish speaking Nanny! This position would be great for someone who is looking for an opportunity which offers a work life balance but also earning full time salary. The suitable candidate would be someone who loves being part of a family in which they all like to eat together and also enjoy crafts as the boy’s love to get stuck in making things!

The position is mainly working afternoons during term time and then full-time during school holidays which will be between London and the Cotswolds. The family would also require someone to travel to the Cotswolds every other Friday with the boys or ahead of the family and work until lunchtime on Saturday (all travel costs covered). This would only be required every other Friday and the other Friday during term time you would have off.

General duties:

• School picks ups and taking the boys to activities, playdates and park
• Helping the boys with homework and reading
• Guiding tasks at home: organising study/play areas, preparing uniforms, setting the dinner table, and contributing to family plans
• Fostering imaginative play, crafting activities, providing screen-free Spanish lessons, and facilitating science/tech projects
  Creating a balanced routine, blending child-led activities with guided experiences
  Nurturing emotional well-being
• Laundry and ironing for the boys
• The father enjoys cooking, and with a dedicated housekeeper managing household tasks and laundry, your daily involvement will be minimal. Duties may include mindful vegetable preparation, post-meal tidying, or occasional cooking when the parents are not present.
• Traveling to the Cotswolds every other Friday – involves travel to the Cotswolds with separate accommodation provided. Assistance on Saturday mornings, returning to London via direct train at 12 PM
• Working between London and the Cotswolds during holidays (separate accommodation offered when in the Cotswolds)

Days and Hours:

Term time –

• Monday to Thursday, 3-7:30pm in Holland Park, London. Every other Friday, 3-7:30 pm involves travel to the Cotswolds with separate accommodation provided. Assistance on Saturday mornings, returning to London via direct train at 12pm

School holidays –

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm between London and the Cotswolds

Accommodation when in the Cotswolds: Separate guest cottage

Candidate requirements:

• Someone who is loving, likes being part of the family and is kind
• Happy to be outdoors, playing with the boys and doing crafts
• A Spanish speaker is required
• Someone who can support the boys with their homework and their educational projects
• Flexible and happy to work between two different locations
