The brand is in growth mode and seeking a Paid Social and Content Executive who is fully immersed in the world of social and who has their finger on the pulse of all the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

• Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, along with scheduling and posting content on all platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

• Monitor and analyse content for performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement

• Structuring and managing paid media campaigns to drive lead generation using (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Google)

• Performance Analytics, monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns

More about you

• Experience in Digital Marketing with previous accountability for annual management billings of in excess of £100.000, preferably with the service industry

• The ability to manage digital campaigns across paid Social Media

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in Social Media/ Paid Media role

• You have a comprehensive understanding of how different digital platforms work together.

• You have an understanding of all Digital Marketing channels ( Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid Social Media, and content marketing)

• Experience using Canva and a bonus if you have good knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• A/B testing experience

• Facebook Ads Manager experience

• Excellent English Grammar and Spelling

• Proven track record of building follower acquisition and engagement improvement in the service industry

• A basic understanding of WordPress is a plus

• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
