Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executiveto make a difference at Kraft Heinz.

You will be joining the Award-winning Brand Comms & Media Team; a team of experts responsible for growing the Heinz brands with best-in-class Advertising, Media Planning, Social Media & Digital Marketing.

The role will be responsible for engaging our consumers across Social Media, helping to create thumb stopping content in our in-house studio (working with our award-winning in house agency, The Kitchen) and taking ownership of day to day operations within the team.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Social Media Engagement - Growing our Social Media communities, managing our content calendar, and engaging Heinz fans across our channels.
• Content Creation – Supporting with the creation of foodie content for Social Media, web, and email working with our in-house agency “The Kitchen.”
• Brand Advocacy – leading our brand advocacy and gifting program; building meaningful relationships with Heinz fans, influencers, and content creators across social.
• Budgeting & Finance – Assisting across the team in the management of our multi-million-pound advertising budget.
• Comms calendar – Working with the team to build a master view of all Heinz advertising and comms.

Qualifications & Experience

Hard Skills

• Inside-out knowledge of social platforms’ capabilities, best practices, community, trends & culture. Fluent in the platforms’ newest features, as well as popular formats
• Knowledge of Social Media tools e.g. sprout social
• Experience of working with influencers a big benefit
• Feel comfortable managing budgets
