We are seeking to appoint a Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team. Duties will include supervising children in the dining hall and playground, ensuring a safe and caring environment and promoting play.
The ideal candidate should:
• Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
• Be enthusiastic and flexible, using their own initiative
• Be creative and able to motivate all children
• The ability to work successfully as part of a team
