More about the role
We are looking for a confident and assertive Support Worker to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. As a Support Worker you will encourage the health and well-being of the people that you support, through enabling them to be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported.
At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.
