The Role:
The Manager will be at the forefront of providing exceptional care and support to young people. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing a brand new service tailored to the needs of young people
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Overseeing the operational management of the service
- Engaging with stakeholders and building community relations
- Driving continuous improvement within the service
