About the Role: Talent Partner – (Field based)
As a Internal Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for key positions. Your responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, engagement, database management, job postings, talent pool building, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels.
- Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and postings.
- Build and manage talent pools for various roles.
- Gather and provide valuable candidate feedback to enhance suitability assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate recruitment events across your region.
- Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to sourcing strategy improvements through market research.
About You
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to meeting goals.
