The Beauty Key Account team is seeking a Creator Manager Lead who is responsible for constantly identifying, onboarding and incubating e-commerce content talents and providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success on TikTok Shop using beauty products.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of Creator Managers to acquire and develop e-commerce creators with clear strategies, build successful TikTok Shop e-commerce creator case studies, practice and summarize effective approaches for creator sales growth and drive partnerships between creators and merchants.
The focus will be on creators who can sell beauty products. This category is formed of 1) Cosmetics & Fragrance 2) Personal Care & Skincare 3) Retailers
Responsibilities:
  • Make both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Beauty level creator development strategy and be responsible for growing e-commerce creator scale and sales within Beauty
  • Develop & implement Creator x Beauty KA matchmaking strategies
  • Create efficiencies within the team to help Creator Managers focus on matchmaking Beauty KAs with relevant creator tiers
  • Build and develop improved internal processes to support merchant and creator growth across all categories
  • Increase beauty TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying beauty creator successful case studies
  • Attend merchant meetings to help improve merchant awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator sales among beauty merchants
  • Develop KA specific creator strategy proposals & ensure successful implementation to build showcases in the market
  • Deliver beauty creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-commerce content
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g: Product, Legal, Governance, Affiliate) to remove any friction to creator and merchant partnerships & projects, and further support Beauty KA affiliate GMV growth
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working in high-growth environments
  • Experience of e-commerce or user-facing, affiliate product design, affiliate program operation; scale creator/user/merchant growth or mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred
  • Experience of people management
  • Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
  • UK market experience required
