MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for UK merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
TikTok is looking for a smart and ambitious Digital Channel Management Manager to join TikTok Shop MAI team based in London. The objective of the role is to manage the seller acquisition/incubation channels, including TikTok inapp channels like inbox message and external channels like EDM and paid ads. This role is expected to have related experience and strong ambition to reach goals following strategies.
Responsibility
- Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, figure out roadblocks and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams.
- Take charge of internal outreaching channels and manage the resources so as to maximize the overall benefits and achieve the business goal
- Take responsibility of Email Direct Marketing including pitching / education / newsletters and able to analyse the data effect of outreaching
- Design and execute a/b tests to iterate content on various channels and improve seller journey based on test data and survey
- Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algo and other cross functional teams.
- Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, some experience in user digital marketing and project management, e-commerce or user acquisition experience is a plus
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good communication and coordination ability, can handle multi-department cooperation, and actively promote the realization of project requirements.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
- UK market experience required
