Description

As Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the night warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to all safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and operations.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Ensure warehouse goals are met.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) should have:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators.
• Solid understanding of inventory management software.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Strong decision-making skills and a hands-on approach.
