Salary: $70,000

Location: Canyon Point, Utah

An upscale hotel, renowned for its luxurious amenities and breathtaking surroundings, is seeking two talented Sous Chefs to join its culinary team.
This opportunity offers the chance to showcase culinary expertise amidst a highly talented team, creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute menu offerings that reflect the hotel's culinary standards
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury restaurant or hotel
• Ability to train, mentor and coach kitchen staff
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional appearance according to company policies
