Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-4:30pm
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
Location: Carlisle
NXT are working with a well-established business in Carlisle on a new Accounts Administrator role. We are looking for someone who is confident, methodical, and wanting to grow with a business.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing supplier and customer invoices
* Processing weekly and monthly payroll
* Bank Reconciliation
* Assist and deal appropriately with incoming telephone calls
* Credit Control
* Preparing paperwork and documents
Skills and Experience:
* Administration experience preferable
* Good IT, communication, and organisational skills
* Knowledge of payroll is useful but not essential
* Well organised and meticulous
* A team player and self-motivated
