Accounts Assistant

Your new company
A specialist logistics service provider with UK headquarters based in West Drayton, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team.
Your new role
Your focus will be on accounts payable but will also provide support to other areas of finance as needed. You will manage the full cycle of the accounts payable process to include invoice processing, payments and reconciliation. You will be working on SAP and will need to verify, code and enter invoices, communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments in order to resolve any queries. You will also have the opportunity to support with month end activities, accruals, prepayments and assist with the quarterly VAT return.
What you 'll need to succeed
You will have good knowledge of end to end accounts payable along with good communication skills and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
