Administration Assistant
Full time Permanent role - office based
Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Office based in Worthing town centre area. Very close to public town centre parking and around a ten minute from free street parking
Salary. £25000 plus very good staff benefits
Purpose of the role - To provide administration support to the organisation.
Please note that this is an office based position and hybrid/remote working is not available.
Duties and responsibilities:
Providing a reception service on a face to face basis
Processing customer requests
Processing company stock
Provide telephone support
Administer the database effectively
Schedule customer referrals effectively
Undertake other administrative duties as required
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
Very good written and oral communication skills
Very good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
Excellent people skills
A commitment to delivering high standards of customer care
Enthusiastic and hard working with a caring nature.
Discretion and confidentiality
Any experience of working in a medical based organisation is desirable but not essential (for example doctors, dentist, hospital admin)
