They are currently seeking an administrator to play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of their company.
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, great organisational skills, time management and a proactive approach to problem solving. Also must be able to drive and have own transport due to location in Dundee.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including answering phones, handling mail and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Willing to learn the companies software ( training will be provided)
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, financial record keeping
