A fantastic all-through school in Hillingdon is seeking a personable and driven Admissions Manager to join their support team. This role is requiring a candidate with previous school experience.
Admissions Manager:
- Admissions Manager salary is £38,000.
- Provide effective day to day operational management of the admission department.
- Ensuring efficient admissions procedures and systems are in place in order to serve the recruitment strategy.
- Liaise and collaborate with marketing, operational, and academic teams to deliver successful recruitment and retention events and activities that drive increased conversions to acceptance of offers.
- Work closely with health and safety Manager ensuring safe practices are maintained.
- Evaluate all enquiry and admissions data.
- Lead the admissions team, ensuring they deliver excellent service.
To excel as an admissions Manager, its essential to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being the first point of contact for all admissions inquires.
Admissions Manager requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- Experience of managing, motivating, and developing staff.
- Managing operational delivery of student recruitment and retention activities.
- Excellent and efficient time management skills, meeting tight deadlines.
