Hybrid: 2 days in the office
Our client, a prominent entity in the Media & Entertainment industry, is seeking a skilled professional to join their Accounts Receivable & Billing team. Operating within my client's team, this role offers a unique environment fostering innovation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute standard invoice requests with precision, ensuring accuracy in AR and Revenue coding.
- Lead the monthly AR close process, encompassing general ledger preparation, adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliation of specific accounts.
- Investigate and resolve incomplete or inaccurate billing requests by collaborating with labels and business units for timely resolution.
- Process credit notes and allocate them as necessary.
- Oversee dispute/deduction adjustments and manage write-off balances.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Receivable & Billing Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
- Ability to multi task and prioritize projects while working well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, Self-motivated and extremely driven!
