Client Service
- Develops strong relationships with not for profit clients.
- Produces high quality client deliverables within planned timescales.
- Innovates new approaches to improve client service/efficiency.
- Understands the business model and job economics.
- Takes responsibility for risk processes such as KYC and engagement letters.
- Ability to support managers in the team by reviewing accounts prep jobs and tax returns, as well as taking a more supervisory role on audits.
- Proactively contributes to business development.
- Demonstrates knowledge our clients, and our markets, through business development.
- Continues to grow internal network.
- Continues to develop external network.
- Builds client relationships.
- Continues to build technical expertise.
- Builds broader business advisory and people management skills.
- Continues to build sector/specialism knowledge.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- ACCA/ACA Qualified / Or working towards.
- Good knowledge and experience of account preparation and audit.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to check work and provide constructive feedback.
