Client Service

• Develops strong relationships with not for profit clients.
• Produces high quality client deliverables within planned timescales.
• Innovates new approaches to improve client service/efficiency.
• Understands the business model and job economics.
• Takes responsibility for risk processes such as KYC and engagement letters.
• Ability to support managers in the team by reviewing accounts prep jobs and tax returns, as well as taking a more supervisory role on audits.

• Proactively contributes to business development.
• Demonstrates knowledge our clients, and our markets, through business development.
• Continues to grow internal network.
• Continues to develop external network.

• Builds client relationships.
• Continues to build technical expertise.
• Builds broader business advisory and people management skills.
• Continues to build sector/specialism knowledge.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• ACCA/ACA Qualified / Or working towards.
• Good knowledge and experience of account preparation and audit.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to check work and provide constructive feedback.
