SalaryAshberry Recruitment are recruiting for a manufacturing client in Skipton that requires a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team on a part time basis.
The permanent position is for 24 hours a week, preferably across three days including Thursdays and Fridays.
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Responsible for paying all suppliers monthly
- Allocation of cash received
- Completing daily banking
- Daily use of Xero
- Preparing payroll
- Financial reports
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit chasing
- Liaising with clients as and when required
- General financial admin
Skills and experience required:-
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Experience of Xero software
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficient on Excel
