Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: near Whitby
Salary: £30,000 FTE
Schedule: Part-Time (3 days per week, 24 hrs)

I am working exclusively with a dynamic and bustling hospitality business situated in the charming near Whitby. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a role offering autonomy and responsibility, but within a support environment. As the financial backbone of the business, you will be an integral part of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing and collating the monthly payroll
• HR administration
• Purchase ledger
• Prepare and post month end journals
• Keeping pre-payments and accruals up to date
• Day to day running of the accounts office
• Ensuring cost control procedures are followed

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience of Sage 50 payroll and Sage accounts is desirable
• Experience within the hospitality industry is desirable.
• Can handle a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self starter.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Must be able to work a Monday
