This successful Property Investment and Development company in Central London is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to support the Head of Finance.
This Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant role is based 3 days in the office near Oxford Circus in London and 2 days from home.
Working in a small friendly team you will be involved in various aspects of the company's operations and all areas of bookkeeping, month-end, reconciliations, purchase ledger, sales ledger, all on Xero, including:
- Process invoices, set up suppliers, maintain purchase ledger, process expenses
- Tenant enquiries, set up new tenant accounts and maintain sales ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts, banking, allocate cash and bank receipts
- Various reconciliations, online payments and monthly payment run
- Deal with arrears and chasing for payment
- Administration, renew mobile phones, renew insurances
- Utility renewals and support property manager
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Ad hoc support to the Head of Finance
The role is based 3 days in the office near Oxford Street in London and 2 days from home.
Salary will be competitive commensurate with your experience. Excellent relevant experience as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant is essential.
