My client is a well-respected medium-sized construction contractor with well over a century of history. Their multi-disciplinary team covers building, heritage restoration and maintenance, education and healthcare, and M&E. Due to internal promotion; they are now recruiting for a Business Administrator to support the Commercial Managers at their Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Contract Support: Assist in managing ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Bid Management: Maintain tender database, handle associated filing, etc.
- Contracts Management: Manage and maintain contacts, gain procedural knowledge.
- Marketing Support: Assist with promotional documentation, manage social media postings.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent IT skills.
- Experience with MS Project & MS Business Central (preferred).
- Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
- General exposure to time and client management.
- Ability to multitask as required.
