Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the production of food in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in team management and leadership
Skills:
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
