Cobalt is working with one of the market leaders in Residential property for the London area, covering everything from Block Management to BTR.

The business is looking for a Client Accountant - Lettings to join their team, who is confident communicator and can effectively build and manage relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining good relationships with Landlords and tenants.

• Importing tenancy details to help processes rent.

• Following up on any rent arrears.

• Investigating queries.

• Take ownership of a portfolio and manage the process from start to finish.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar position or within Credit Control for a Residential Property Business.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
