Commercial Property Lawyer
Part-time (25 hours)
Remote or Hybrid Working
Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing, part-time basis, pending permanent recruitment.
This role can be undertaken on a remote basis, however it would be preferable if the successfully candidate can attend the office once per month.
Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer:
The successful Property Lawyer will be working in a small team, holding responsibility for a mixed caseload of property matters, which may include; leases, assets, wayleaves, sales, licenses, etc.
Experience required for the Property Lawyer:
- Experience in dealing with Commercial Property matters
- Prior experience within Local Government would be desirable
