We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator working for a leading Facilities Management company based on a client site in Glasgow City Centre.
Working within FM you will be responsible for all security/vetting and contract administration ensuring a first-class service to the client.
Responsibilities
Liaising with Clients, Engineers, Sub-contractors and Managers
Scheduling the reactive works and assigning to engineers/sub-contractors
Overseeing PPM works
Ensuring security clearance and vetting for subcontractors and staff is continuously kept up to date.
Health & Safety Administration
Reporting for client and management
Processing job sheets and various contract documentation
Dealing with client enquiries in a timely manner.
All associated admin and customer service
Experience
Experienced within a Facilities Assistant / Facilities Administration / Contract Administration position
FM or In-house Services background desirable
Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiate and prioritise workload
Offering
Salary up to £26k
Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1hour lunch)
Holidays 35 days per year
