My client are a c 50m turnover commercial fit out contractor based in the North West. With projects on site which range from 500k - 10m and clients which include many blue chip end users.
An increase in workload has led to them looking to increase their Contracts Management Team.
The role involves:
- Some pre-con involvement;
- Managing between 1 and 4 projects depending on their status and value;
- Lead client weekly meetings;
- Sites could be throughout the UK.
Requirements:
- Have experience in fit out, specifically commercial office;
- Have experience working at Contracts Management level;
