Description
- Manage the company's credit control process and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Prepare credit reports for management review.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement credit control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their payment terms and credit limits.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain a record of all communication.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of credit control procedures and relevant legal requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
