Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will mainly provide assistance with flight suppliers and customers on their bookings. You will serve clients in an energetic contact centre, answer questions about their bookings, and solve problems via calls and email. You will handle customer problems with empathy and patience in a goal-driven environment, and work as part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues when required.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 1 year of call centre experience is required. You must have strong communication skills and be fluent or proficient in English and German, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills are required. Proficient typing abilities, sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes, and the ability to listen and build rapport quickly are essential. An enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligent approach to work, and good attention to detail are also needed.
