Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of Customer Service representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that prioritises exceptional Customer Service.
Customer Relationship Management:
Oversee and enhance customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement within the Customer Service department.
Implement and monitor streamlined processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to individual team members.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the Customer Service team.
Implement strategies to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Customer Service management role.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adept at handling challenging customer interactions.
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
Familiarity with CRM software and other Customer Service tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
