Responsibilities:
- Start with team stand-ups to align on weekly goals, followed by interactive learning sessions on coding best practices or new technologies
- Dive deep into code, developing features for live projects under the guidance of a mentor.
- Pair programming sessions will be common, enhancing your collaborative and technical skills
- Allocate time for personal development, where you work on a pet project or explore new tools and languages recommended by peers
- Participate in code reviews and problem-solving workshops to refine your work, ending with a team retrospective to reflect on the week's achievements and learning points.
