Due to the success of H1, we are excited to continue our growth globally and are seeking two Division Managers to join our London office, based about a minute’s walk away from Aldgate Station.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive 360 recruiter who is eager to work as part of an extremely passionate and high-performing team. You will lead a team of consultants while contributing individually.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
· New Business Development and maintaining existing relationships with the Life Science space.
· Guiding the team of 3-5 consultants in their day to day
· Motivating your team to hit KPIs
· Headhunting and screening suitable candidates on LinkedIn/our database
· Negotiating and objection handling with both candidates and clients
· Learning to become an expert in your market
· Setting up interviews between candidates/clients and managing processes.
· Making placements and earning yourself commission!
