Division Manager

We are a global talent partner specialising in Recruitment within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Healthcare industries. We are good people who are great at recruitment!

Due to the success of H1, we are excited to continue our growth globally and are seeking two Division Managers to join our London office, based about a minute’s walk away from Aldgate Station.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive 360 recruiter who is eager to work as part of an extremely passionate and high-performing team. You will lead a team of consultants while contributing individually.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

· New Business Development and maintaining existing relationships with the Life Science space.

· Guiding the team of 3-5 consultants in their day to day

· Motivating your team to hit KPIs

· Headhunting and screening suitable candidates on LinkedIn/our database

· Negotiating and objection handling with both candidates and clients

· Learning to become an expert in your market

· Setting up interviews between candidates/clients and managing processes.

· Making placements and earning yourself commission!

What we are looking for-

· Experience within a sales or customer-facing role

· Ability to listen, adapt and take on feedback

· Evidence of working in a targets-based environment – sales and recruitment.
