Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Transactional Finance Operations:
* Handling accounts payable and receivable duties, including processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
* Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
* Maintaining petty cash records and managing reimbursements.
Month-End Support:
* Assisting in the preparation of month-end reports and statements.
* Participating in the preparation of journals and accruals to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
General Accounting Support:
* Collaborating with the finance team to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Contributing to financial analysis by gathering and organising data for reports.
Systems and Documentation:
* Utilising accounting software proficiently to input and retrieve financial information.
* Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
