EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE BURSAR
March 2024
We seek to appoint a dynamic, efficient and proactive Executive Assistant. This role has recently created in recognition of the increased demands on the Bursar and would suit candidates seeking a new challenge and who possess organisational skills and thrive on the challenge of working in a busy environment.
Candidates should have a warm, approachable and friendly persona with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, secretarial, grammar and computer proficiency. The post holders must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience within an education setting is preferred but not essential, however you must have a proven track record of providing a first class PA service at executive level.
Full-time role (40 hours per week excluding lunch) Monday - Friday, 52 weeks of the year.
