Executive Team Assistant to Global Head - Private Equity - Hybrid

Our client is an international Private Equity firm with stunning offices, exceptional benefits and very positive, collaborative culture.

They are urgently recruiting for a Global Head and 2 other directors, 1 of whom is "light-touch". This is not an inbox management role that is 1-1, more of a diary and travel management with lots of last-minute meetings. There will be adhoc support to the compliance division but your priority will be the 2 Heads.

Working as part of a very friendly compliance team, you will build strong relationships across the company, ensuring that the Global Head's meetings are prioritised with the relevant stakeholders. You might work with the ESG and Philanthropy team to assist in their projects so any interest in ESG would be a bonus.

This would suit an EA or Team Assistant from the Finance Sector who is used to working in an extremely pacey environment and who has advanced levels of attention to detail.

They are looking for someone with lots of personality and a great sense of humour. This team is very supportive and highly regarded within the business. Their benefits include free breakfast and lunch in their in-house restaurant, along with a generous package overall.

They can accommodate remote working on a Friday.

Salary is dependent on experience.
