Job title:Facilities Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week
Full time, permanent (working hours 08:00 – 16:00 & 10:00 – 18:00)
Location: Solihull
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that all systems are functioning properly.
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and record keeping.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, and handle inquiries and requests.
- Communicate with a variety of people, including other administrators, engineers, contractors, and employees.
- Provide administrative support to one or more executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements..
- Assist with special projects and events, and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.
The ideal candidate:
- Proficiency across MS office platforms
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Experience of working in a professional environment
- Great attention to detail
