REED are working in partnership with a market leading Facilities and Workplace Management provider, seeking a highly driven Facilities Administrator to join a well-established team in Solihull.

The client is a brilliant professional services firm with an industry leading reputation of delivering excellence across the UK and global market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, playing a pivotal role across both the administration and facilities function. 

Job title:Facilities Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week

Full time, permanent (working hours 08:00 – 16:00 & 10:00 – 18:00)

Location: Solihull

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that all systems are functioning properly.
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and record keeping.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, and handle inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with a variety of people, including other administrators, engineers, contractors, and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to one or more executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements..
  • Assist with special projects and events, and provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.

  • Proficiency across MS office platforms
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • The ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Experience of working in a professional environment
  • Great attention to detail
